Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our GenAI development team. You will support cloud AI delivery on Azure, manage AKS, pipelines, and deployments, and collaborate with security and platform teams to ensure reliable operation in an enterprise environment.

The role requires coordinating across multiple teams, owning tasks, and maintaining secure, scalable cloud solutions with an emphasis on governance and observability. Hybrid work within Poland offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on production experience with Azure, AKS and Azure DevOps.
• Experience supporting enterprise-grade AI/GenAI solutions in secure environments.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders with strong ownership.

Responsibilities

• Support DevOps activities for Azure-based AI and GenAI solutions.
• Maintain AKS environments and Azure pipelines, releases and deployments.
• Troubleshoot Azure AI Search and Foundry services and operational workflows.
• Coordinate with security, networking, and platform teams to deliver changes.
• Manage tickets and dependencies across teams to drive tasks to completion.
