Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, scale, and operate Azure-based data and analytics platforms. You will lead a team, own delivery in Agile ways, and build scalable solutions that support ESG and enterprise data initiatives.

Hybrid work model enabled, with opportunities to advance DevOps practices, automation, and data-driven decision making using Databricks, Spark, and Power BI across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in DevOps, Software Engineering, or Data Platform Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate cloud-based solutions on Azure supporting data and analytics use cases
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows data lakes and PowerBI dashboards
• Leverage Python / PySpark / Spark and Azure Databricks for data processing and platform development
• Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and user-facing analytics solutions
• Drive CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices to improve reliability and delivery speed
• Lead Agile delivery, including backlog ownership and sprint execution.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, supporting capability growth and delivery quality
• Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to resolve issues and scale solutions
• Identify and implement automation and process improvements across the platform
