Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own the Checkmarx application security platform, coordinating with application teams, security stakeholders, vendors, and internal partners.

You will manage central configuration, upgrades and incidents, and ensure reliable CI/CD integration and platform health. You will liaise with SAP Piper pipeline users, contribute to feature development, and suggest monitoring and tooling improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience administering application security platforms such as Checkmarx.
• Strong background in configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and integrations.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders on issues and timelines.
• Operational incident handling and recovery processes experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage central configuration of the platform and ensure day-to-day operation.
• Handle upgrades and maintenance to keep the platform reliable.
• Investigate and resolve user-reported issues and CI/CD scan issues.
• Troubleshoot scan execution in CI/CD pipelines and incidents.

• Evaluate new product capabilities and coordinate adoption plans.
