Job summary

Workai seeks a Senior Azure Developer to lead the algorithmic core of our AI-Native platform research project. You’ll design and implement scalable AI-enabled algorithms, integrating LLMs, Knowledge Graphs, and semantic search to support enterprise SaaS architecture.

You will shape a production-ready MCP Graph Broker in Poland, work across cloud infrastructure, and collaborate on multi-tenant, on-prem/on-cloud hybrid deployments with Polish and English communication.

Qualifications

• Senior or lead role with cloud solutions architecture experience.
• Solid understanding of Azure cloud services, microservices, and API management.
• Knowledge of MCP protocol or similar context protocols, and practical use of ML/AI APIs in production.
• Experience with multi-tenant architecture including context separation, data isolation, and access policies in SaaS environments.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB) and analytics tools.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern development tools.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Polish (C1+) and English (B2+).
• Higher technical education.

We are looking for a Senior Azure Developer to lead the algorithmic core of our AI-Native platform research project.

You’ll work onadvanced AIinfrastructure combining LLMs, Knowledge Graphs, semantic search, multi-agent orchestration, and enterprise SaaS architecture.

As part of our team, you will:

• Utilize your extensive knowledge ofcloud computing, system integration, and software development,
• Design and implement algorithms for the MCP Graph Broker –one ofthe first implementations ofits kind for enterprise environments inPoland
• Conduct research onAI agent integration with Knowledge Graphs and develop models supporting real-time context brokering,
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement inour technology practices.

• At least 5years ofexperience inasenior orlead role incloud solutions architecture,
• A solid understanding ofAzure cloud services, microservices, and API management,
• Knowledge ofthe MCP (Model Context Protocol) protocol orsimilar context protocols, and practical use ofmachine learning tools/ML/AI APIs inproduction environments,
• Experience with multi-tenant architecture –designing context separation, data isolation, and access policies inSaaS environments,
• Practical knowledge ofrelational and non-relational databases (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB) and analytics tools,
• Expertise inAgile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern software development tools,
• Strong problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and excellent communication abilities,
• A passion for technology and akeen eye for emerging trends,
• Fluency inPolish (C1+) and English (B2+), both spoken and written,
• Availability towork remotely with required on-site presence atour Białystok office (one week every 2–3 months),
• Higher technical education (computer science orrelated field).

Nice to have:

• Experience with enterprise system integration via API (Microsoft 365 Graph API, ServiceNow REST API) inthe role ofconnector orMCP integration developer,
• Knowledge ofvector databases and semantic search techniques (e.g., Azure AISearch) inthe context ofRAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems,
• Practical knowledge ofconversational and dialogue models (fine-tuning, RLHF, prompt engineering for LLMs) –particularly for AIassistant scenarios,
• Azure certifications: AIEngineer Associate (AI-102), Data Scientist Associate (DP-100), Developer Associate (AZ-204), Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), orequivalent.
