Job summary

Nearform is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design and maintain cloud infrastructure, focusing on scalable, secure, and reliable applications on AWS. You will drive deployment architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and observability while collaborating with distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering at a Senior Engineer level (≥6 years).
• Hands-on AWS cloud infra and IaC using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and containerized deployments.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or Jenkins).
• Scripting in Python for automation and tooling.
• Observability/monitoring to optimize performance and reliability.
• Security best practices across cloud infrastructure and pipelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure for scalable apps on AWS.
• Create deployment architectures and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Build high-availability and fault-tolerant systems.
• Implement monitoring dashboards, alerts, and escalation processes.
