Job summary

A dynamic software development company in Warsaw is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to build and maintain cloud environments for analytics platforms. You will leverage AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes to enhance performance and scalability while contributing to backend development using Scala and Python. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in DevOps, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities. This role offers flexible working hours, learning opportunities, and co-funding for language courses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Strong DevOps expertise in AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
• Experience in managing databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL, and queues like Kafka.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools, preferably GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and Linux-based automation.
• Solid understanding of monitoring and logging frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Build, automate, and maintain reliable, scalable cloud environments.
• Design and maintain AWS-based infrastructure for high-performance analytics.
• Use Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Implement and optimize Kubernetes clusters.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines with industry best practices.
