Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced DevOps specialist to join a global AI platform project in the logistics sector. The role focuses on AWS infrastructure with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized microservices.

You will design and manage IaC, automate deployments, and collaborate with AI teams to support DevOps and MLOps in a cloud-native environment. Fluency in Polish and English is required; residence in Poland is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of DevOps experience required.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and Terraform as IaC.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks.
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Networking, cloud security, IAM, monitoring and observability.
• Experience supporting AI/ML or data platforms in cloud is a plus.
• Proficiency in Python or Bash scripting, English B2, Polish language fluency.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced DevOps specialist to join the team working on a global AI platform in the logistics sector. The solution supports areas such as Generative AI, Machine Learning, and intelligent automation, serving as a central repository for use cases, components, and best practices. A particularly interesting aspect of the project is building the platform based on AWS Cloud with full infrastructure automation using Terraform.

Your tasks

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
• Developing and managing CI/CD processes for automated deployments
• Infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and environment automation
• Monitoring, logging, alerting, and optimizing cloud service performance
• Enhancing security, managing IAM, and supporting compliance
• Deploying and maintaining containerized applications and microservices
• Collaborating with development and AI teams to support DevOps and MLOps practices

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in DevOps
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and practical experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks
• Practical knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of networking, cloud security, IAM, and monitoring and observability tools
• Experience supporting AI/ML or data-driven platforms in cloud environments
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
• Required residence in Poland and fluent Polish language skills
