Job summary

MEDvidi, an AI-powered mental health platform, seeks a Staff DevOps Engineer to own the infrastructure direction across AWS, Kubernetes, and IaC tooling. You will ship reliable, cost-efficient, secure systems and partner with product teams to remove friction while integrating agentic AI into production.

You will lead end-to-end observability, zero-downtime deployments, and HIPAA-conscious security in a remote-friendly environment, contributing to scalable healthcare software.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in DevOps/infrastructure engineering with Linux
• Hands-on AWS (EC2, EKS, RDS, S3) and Kubernetes/EKS
• Terraform and AWS CDK in TypeScript
• GitLab CI/CD ownership and OIDC tokens
• Monitoring/observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry
• Security engineering in HIPAA context (secrets, logs)
• Agentic-AI workflows in production
• Fluent English and Russian, remote collaboration

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the infrastructure vision and quarterly roadmap
• Manage AWS/EKS cluster, autoscaling, policy enforcement, zero-downtime ops
• Own IaC end-to-end with Terraform and AWS CDK; manage GitLab CI/CD
• Build observable systems with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, OpenSearch
• Coordinate blue-green deployments and risk-controlled DB migrations
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant security/logging via Vault-as-code
• Collaborate with product teams to remove infra friction
• Integrate autonomous-agent outputs into production workflows
