Job summary

The Codest is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our cloud-enabled delivery teams. You will design and maintain AI-enabled applications, deploy scalable infrastructure on AWS, and drive CI/CD pipelines to improve feature delivery for clients.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement security and DR best practices, and participate in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment that values customers and people first. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of professional experience in DevOps role.
• Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
• Automate deployments, infrastructure, and operational processes.
• Manage AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, and RDS.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
• Implement security, backup, and disaster recovery best practices.
• Work closely with development and operations teams to support software releases.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications with embedded AI-powered features.
• Build intelligent business applications using modern AI technologies, including MCP, LLMs, and agentic frameworks.
• Implement and promote AI best practices, controls, and governance aligned with software development principles.
• Work with AWS and Jenkins to support deployment, automation, and infrastructure processes.
• Collaborate on microservice-based solutions and ensure alignment with architectural best practices.
• Apply Git strategies and contribute across the full software development lifecycle.
• Support the delivery of scalable, reliable, and maintainable DevOps-driven solutions.
