Job summary

Jit Team is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a modern cloud transformation project in Poland. You will design CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and improve reliability across AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, and Linux environments.

This hybrid Poznań-based role offers 1 day in the office weekly, with remote work the rest of the time; you will collaborate with international teams using Bash, Python, and IaC tools like Terraform and ArgoCD.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure.
• Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, etc.).
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Good understanding of Linux administration, networking, and cloud security.
• Proficiency with scripting and automation (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
• Experience with monitoring and logging solutions.
• Nice to have: multi-cloud environments, GitOps (ArgoCD, Flux), service mesh, observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, Splunk), cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes).
