Job summary

iFindTech Ltd is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to take ownership of the infrastructure behind its production AI platform. You'll span Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm and CI/CD, tackling scalability, reliability, and security in production workloads.

You will influence architecture decisions, own end-to-end operations, and shape how the platform scales while maintaining multi-tenant isolation and robust monitoring.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of production infrastructure and cloud experience.
• 5+ years Terraform with IaC.
• 5+ years Kubernetes in production.
• Polish speaking required.
• 3+ years Azure production experience.
• 3+ years Helm for Kubernetes deployments.
• Strong CI/CD with GitHub Actions.
• Experience deploying and operating microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience with multi-tenant architecture, security and data isolation.
• Strong understanding of monitoring, alerting, reliability and production performance.
• Automation-first mindset and reducing manual infra work.
• End-to-end ownership and architecture decision making.

We're working with a fast-growing AI company looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to take ownership of the infrastructure behind its production AI platform. You'll work across Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm and CI/CD, solving challenges around scalability, reliability, security and running AI workloads in production. You'll have genuine ownership of the infrastructure, influence key architecture decisions and help shape how the platform scales.

Must Haves

• 7+ years working with production infrastructure and cloud environments
• 5+ years Terraform, with strong experience managing infrastructure through IaC
• 5+ years Kubernetes, including operating and troubleshooting production clusters
• Polish Speaking is a must
• Strong Azure experience, ideally 3+ years working with production environments
• 3+ years Helm for managing Kubernetes deployments
• Strong CI/CD experience, ideally with GitHub Actions
• Experience deploying and operating microservices and distributed systems
• Experience with multi-tenant architecture, security and data isolation
• Strong understanding of monitoring, alerting, reliability and production performance
• An automation-first mindset, reducing manual infrastructure and operational work wherever possible
• Comfortable taking end-to-end ownership and making infrastructure/architecture decisions

Nice to Haves

• Strong Python skills for infrastructure tooling and automation
• Experience managing PostgreSQL in production, including performance and reliability
• Strong Linux / Bash knowledge and scripting experience
• Experience running AI/ML or LLM workloads in production
• Exposure to GPU infrastructure or model serving
