What’s the position?

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our quickly growing product and technology teams in Gdansk, Poland. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will work as part of our team to implement complex hybrid platforms that span AWS Cloud, On-Prem, and various 3rd party platforms in heavily regulated environments. The role requires an individual that’s passionate about AWS, networking, security, scalability, and automation. You will be responsible for the quality, scope, and timeliness of all your deliverables. Because we operate with a startup mindset, we will be reliant on your technical skills, but also your passion and ownership over all aspects of your work.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Design and implement AWS infrastructure through automation tools
• Deep understanding of networking in cloud and self-managed environments
• Implement Kubernetes and high-volume distributed database environments
• Implement and automate security controls and monitoring systems
• Design and implement tools for automating operational processes

• 5 years of experience in DevOps or similar role
• Extensive experience working with AWS
• Background in online and mobile applications
• Experience working with cloud and non-cloud networking including routing protocols (eg Cisco, etc)
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, etc)
• Experience developing infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Cloud Formation, or similar tools.
• Experience with GitHub, ArgoCD, TeamCity, or similar CI/CD tools
• Experience with programming and/or scripting (e.g., Python, Bash)
• AWS certification is a plus
