Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer at the Lead IC level to shape the cloud infrastructure and platform delivery across our market data solutions. You will lead design decisions, implement scalable patterns, and raise the engineering bar through automation and hands-on support.

In this role you will design and build a new multi-tenant architecture in Microsoft Azure, develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensure security and observability, and drive reliability

Qualifications

• Hands-on delivery across infrastructure, networking, platform engineering and automation.
• Guide team-level design decisions using deep domain expertise.
• Proven skill in building secure, observable, scalable engineering solutions.
• Azure (including multi-tenant architecture).
• Terraform and IaC workflows.
• Git, Maven, and modern CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the new multi-tenant architecture in Microsoft Azure.
• Develop, optimise, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across diverse stacks.
• Deliver cloud and infrastructure capabilities focusing on excellence and reliability.
• Work with market data solutions in hybrid cloud/on-prem ecosystems.
• Troubleshoot platform-level issues and improve system resilience.
• Ensure security, compliance and risk-aware delivery.
