Job summary

State Street Corporation in Poland is seeking a Depositary Associate to perform depositary controls, review data for exceptions, and ensure regulatory compliance across asset safekeeping and cash flow monitoring. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners, adherence to standards, and ongoing development in financial markets.

You will leverage MS Office (especially Excel), develop expertise in funds and regulatory frameworks, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Degree in economics/finance or related field; strong analytical mindset.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in finance, banking, IT, custody or depositary.
• Proficient English communication; ability to document and present results clearly.
• Experience using MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with regulatory frameworks.

What You Will Do

• Perform depositary controls related to asset safekeeping, cash flow monitoring, and oversight activities
• Review and analyze data to identify exceptions, discrepancies, and potential risks
• Ensure controls are completed in line with regulatory requirements and internal standards
• Investigate issues and work with internal teams and external partners to resolve them
• Support process improvements and help enhance the efficiency and quality of our operations
• Develop expertise in investment funds, financial markets, and regulatory frameworks
