Job summary

State Street Corporation in Krakow is seeking a Depositary Operations Specialist to act as a subject matter expert for core depositary processes and ensure timely service delivery. You will lead process reviews, drive improvements and support training and audits. The role requires two-plus years in depositary services and solid knowledge of fund regulations.

The position is office-based with a three-day-per-week presence; an accounting/finance degree is preferred. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, business, finance or related field preferred.
• At least two years in depositary services or related operational-control environment.
• Knowledge of fund regulations (UCITS, AIFMD) and local requirements.
• Advanced capability with standard office productivity, spreadsheet and data-analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for core depositary processes and guide processing teams.
• Review fund components and control deliverables; complete reviewer checklists and sign-off.
• Lead reviews of process, procedure and control documentation; coordinate corrective action.
• Contribute to development, testing and implementation of new solutions and model changes.
• Deliver training, support audits and drive continuous improvement, standardisation and automation.
