Job summary

Lipton Teas and Infusions in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to own the demand planning process and lead S&OP with Sales, Marketing and Operations. You will drive accurate demand plans and collaborate across global teams from the Warsaw office.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Demand Planning, strong analytics, and experience with Kinaxis or similar planning tools. Fluency in English and Polish is required; knowledge of SAP IBP/SAP APO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of demand forecasting and S&OP facilitation, guiding cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing and operations.
• Act as the primary supply chain contact for assigned markets, ensuring clear communication and proactive risk/opportunity management.
• Analyze demand patterns, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve forecast accuracy.
• Utilize Kinaxis Rapid Response to support forecasting and maintain data accuracy.
