Job summary
Future Mind is a leading tech consulting firm in Poland, part of the Solita Group, delivering data-driven software solutions for notable brands. We are seeking a Databricks Data Engineer to design and implement ingestion and transformation pipelines, leverage the Azure data stack, and collaborate with stakeholders to create business value.

Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Databricks on Azure or similar cloud environments.
- Proficiency in Spark and Python for building data pipelines.
- Strong SQL and dimensional data modeling knowledge, including data vault is a plus.
- Experience with orchestration tools like ADF or Airflow and end-to-end migration programs.
- Excellent communication skills in Polish and English; eligible to work in the EU.
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end ELT data pipelines on a Databricks platform.
- Design data models for large, complex datasets meeting functional and non-functional requirements.
- Maintain a holistic platform view including source systems, networking, and orchestration.
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality data solutions for clients.
