Job summary

Inetum Polska is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and develop data pipelines in Databricks, leveraging PySpark and SQL. The role requires German communication with client stakeholders and can be performed remotely for candidates based in Poland.

You will build governed data products, integrate SAP data, and collaborate with business and platform teams to deliver scalable data solutions. Fluency in English and Polish is expected, with opportunities for mentoring and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Databricks experience in production-grade data pipelines.
• Advanced PySpark and SQL skills.
• Experience with Unity Catalog and data governance.
• Experience integrating SAP or other enterprise source systems.
• Experience with Azure or AWS data platforms.
• Git and CI/CD experience.
• Ability to work independently in a senior, client-facing role.
• Fluent German enabling direct communication with client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data pipelines in Databricks.
• Build and maintain reusable data products.
• Implement data governance and Unity Catalog usage.
• Integrate data from SAP and other enterprise sources.
• Develop solutions using PySpark and SQL.
• Support mapping, modeling, and data-quality controls.
• Collaborate with business, data, and platform stakeholders.
• Contribute to Git-based development, testing, deployment, and CI/CD processes.
• Document solutions and support knowledge transfer.
