Job summary

DCG is seeking an Expert Data Business Analyst to join our team in Warsaw. The role focuses on eliciting requirements, translating them into precise specifications, and designing data-driven solutions for complex banking datasets.

You will work with international stakeholders, leverage Snowflake, MSSQL, and dbt, and apply AI-enabled approaches including Copilot and LLMs to improve decision making and delivery quality.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in the banking industry.
• Expertise in translating business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications.
• Practical experience with AI solutions, including Copilot, LLMs, and agentic solutions.
• Excellent SQL skills, including Snowflake and MSSQL.
• Experience with Snowflake and dbt.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience working with international stakeholders and multicultural teams.
• Understanding of domain-driven design, event-sourcing architecture patterns, microservices architecture, and clean code practices.
• Understanding of enabling data-driven decision making through accessible data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across different business areas.
• Own requirements documentation, including use cases, and drive quality improvements.
• Access and analyze complex distributed datasets using statistical methods.
• Promote analytical best practices, challenge existing approaches, and influence colleagues toward improved ways of working.
