Job summary

Xebia sp. z o.o. is seeking a candidate to drive the design, refinement, and evaluation of ML scoring models that power our core bidding logic, such as CTR, CVR, and RoAS.

You will shape model strategies that integrate signals from users, products, and placements to deliver high-throughput, low-latency performance. You will collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into measurable modeling outcomes and technical roadmaps, and provide technical leadership
