Job summary

Codest Ltd. in Poland is seeking a Senior Data Scientist specializing in ML models for advertising and ranking.

You will design, refine, and evaluate scoring models integral to core bidding logic, and architect strategies for high-throughput, low-latency environments. You will partner with engineering and business stakeholders to translate goals into measurable modeling outcomes and technical roadmaps, provide leadership across data science workstreams, and ensure production-grade quality.

Qualifications

• Advanced STEM degree or extensive professional experience.
• English level minimum B2.
• Hands-on deep learning model development for production.
• Experience with CTR/CVR modelling or advertising domains is a plus.
• Strong analytics and data engineering foundations.

Responsibilities

• Design, refine, and evaluate ML scoring models for advertising and ranking domains.
• Architect model strategies for high-throughput, low-latency environments.
• Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to translate goals into measurable outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership and QA for Data Science workstreams.
• Mentor team members and raise modeling standards across projects.
