Do you love turning data into real impact?

We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist who’s passionate about AI, ML, and cloud technologies, ready to design intelligent solutions that make a difference. You’ll play a key role in projects that combine technical depth with creativity – from predictive models and segmentation to conversational AI and large language models.

You’ll work end-to-end: from understanding business needs and designing ML pipelines to deploying solutions and leading technical delivery.

What you’ll do

• Work on AI and Machine Learning projects hosted in the cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Solve advanced ML challenges: forecasting, churn modelling, segmentation, targeting and more.
• Build solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs) – text generation, summarisation, and conversational AI.
• Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines – from EDA, feature engineering, and model training to deployment.
• Work with speech, text, image, and video analytics problems.
• Lead projects from the technical side, supporting delivery excellence.
• Prepare documentation, conduct training, and run knowledge transfer sessions.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

What we need to see from you

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of commercial experience in Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence or a PhD in this field.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure Cloud Platform (AWS or GCP is a big plus).
• Very good knowledge of Python and solid understanding of SQL.
• Familiarity with Azure AI Services is a plus.
• Strong theoretical background in machine learning and understanding of LLM concepts.
• Experience with MLflow or other ML lifecycle tools is a plus.
• Team‑oriented mindset and ability to mentor junior team members.
• Fluent English and Polish (another European language is a plus).
• Previous presales experience would be an asset.
