Mindbox is seeking an experienced Senior Data Quality Management Analyst (Tech Business Analyst) to join a strategic Data Platform project in Kraków. You will assess and improve data quality across key systems, automate DQ rules, detect anomalies, perform root-cause analysis, and lead remediation activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a data-related role (e.g. Tech Business Analyst, Data Management/Modelling, Data Analyst).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data owners, engineers, and business users to define and maintain data quality standards.
• Develop and automate data quality rules and checks using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools.
• Investigate data quality issues and plan remediation activities.
• Perform ad-hoc data quality analysis and impact assessments; identify trends and anomalies.
• Lead assigned projects — coordinate discussions, monitor progress, and ensure transparent reporting.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Data Quality Management Analyst (Tech Business Analyst) to join our client’s project focused on building one of the most innovative and effective Data Quality (DQ) teams within a global organisation.

This role is part of a Strategic Data Platform initiative, with a strong focus on assessing and improving data quality across key internal systems. You’ll work on automating DQ rules, anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and lead data remediation activities.

Wymagania:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a data-related role (e.g. Tech Business Analyst, Data Management/Modelling, Data Analyst).
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Data Studio, Cloud Storage) or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills – ability to simplify complex topics for various audiences.
• Understanding of cloud concepts and experience in delivering cloud-based data solutions.
• Openness to learning and implementing new tools and technologies.
• Python knowledge is a plus for ad-hoc analytics and automation tasks.
