Job summary

IQVIA LLC in Warszawa is seeking a Senior Data Manager to lead data management programs across large, potentially global trials. You will manage the data management lifecycle, provide SME guidance to DTLs, and negotiate timelines and resources with customers while driving process improvements and issue resolution.

The role requires extensive DM experience, strong leadership, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in health, clinical, biological or mathematical sciences or related field.
• Around 7 years direct Data Management experience, including 5+ years as a CDM project lead.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for data management deliverables.
• Manage multiple large studies or programs, possibly global.
• Provide leadership and senior support to DTLs on global programs.
• Lead negotiations with customer on timelines, finance, and resources.
• Ensure milestones meet timelines and data quality.
• Independently manage DM service delivery with technical expertise.
• Create and review data management plan documents.
• Manage service performance and drive root-cause analyses.
