Job summary

Tabby is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to join the Data Services Team. You will help create internal solutions like a Feature Store and handle operational tasks in a fully remote setup based in Poland.

You will design and implement EL/ETL pipelines, integrate new data tools, and work with a modern stack including Airflow, Debezium, BigQuery, and Google Cloud. This role offers a fully remote contract with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as Data Engineer, ML Engineer, or Backend Engineer.
• Experience in developing high-load and scalable data processing and storage systems.
• Good knowledge of event-driven systems and streaming pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python with best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL with best practices.
• Strong system design capabilities.
• Familiar with the listed tech stack: Airflow, Debezium, BigQuery/Clickhouse, PostgreSQL/CockroachDB, Docker, GitLab CI/CD, GCP.
• Experience with REST API / GRPC API / Message brokers & Queues.
• GO development experience.
• Experience with relational, MPP, NoSQL data stores.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
