Job summary

INVO is expanding its data platform across Poland and the US. We are looking for a senior data engineer to own architectural decisions across the data engineering team, mentor junior engineers, and ensure pipelines scale with the company.

You will drive standards for data quality, security and performance and collaborate with analytics and product teams on the data platform roadmap, while delivering scalable, cost-efficient data processing.

Qualifications

• At least 4 to 5 years as a data engineer, including making architectural decisions independently.
• Fluency in SQL and experience with data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
• Experience with pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster or similar).
• Solid Python for building pipelines and transforming data.
• Experience supporting and mentoring other data engineers, formally or informally.
• English good enough to work in an international team, including with the US team.
