Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain advanced data pipelines in a fully remote, B2B setup.

You will collaborate with product analysts, data scientists, and ML engineers to deliver clean, structured data. The role emphasizes ETL/ELT, data quality, and governance, with hands-on work in Python or Java, SQL (Redshift), and AWS, plus Spark/PySpark, Databricks, and Dataiku.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant data engineering experience.
• Knowledge of DSCS and DPTM is a plus.
• Strong experience with AWS services (S3, IAM, Redshift, Sagemaker, Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, CloudWatch).
• Hands-on with Databricks and Dataiku.
• Proficiency in Python or Java, SQL (Redshift preferred), Jenkins, CloudFormation, Terraform, Git, Docker.
• 2–3 years of experience with Spark / PySpark.
• Strong communication and ability to document technical processes.

Responsibilities
