Sii Sp. z o.o. w Warszawie szuka doświadczonego Senior Data Engineer’a do pracy w sektorze farmaceutycznym.

Będziesz projektować, rozwijać i utrzymywać skalowalne rozwiązania danych wspierające analitykę i decyzje biznesowe na globalnym poziomie. Wymagane 5+ lat doświadczenia w data engineering, zaawansowana znajomość Pythona i Pandas, praktyczna znajomość AWS (Glue, Athena, DynamoDB, Lambda, Step Functions) oraz dobra znajomość angielskiego.

Qualifications

• Minimalne 5 lat doświadczenia w Data Engineering lub pokrewnych.
• Dobrze rozwinięte umiejętności Pythona, w tym programowanie obiektowe i przetwarzanie danych w Pandas.
• Praktyczne doświadczenie w usługach AWS: Glue, Athena, DynamoDB, Lambda, Step Functions.
• Zaawansowany poziom znajomości języka angielskiego.

Responsibilities

• Tworzenie i utrzymanie nowoczesnej platformy Data Engineering wspierającej analitykę i procesy biznesowe.
• Projektowanie i implementacja skalowalnych rozwiązań data engineering z użyciem nowoczesnych praktyk Pythonowych.
• Budowa niezawodnych, łatwych w utrzymaniu potoków danych zgodnie z zasadami OOP.
• Współpraca w zespole Agile nad dostarczaniem wysokiej jakości rozwiązań.
• Wsparcie migracji, ulepszeń i integracji platform w zmieniającym się środowisku biznesowym.
• Diagnozowanie i rozwiązywanie problemów w istniejących potokach danych.

About the project

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join a project within the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data solutions that support advanced analytics and business decision-making. You will contribute to the development of a modern data platform used across diverse markets and business environments, helping to deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions on a global scale.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a modern Data Engineering platform supporting data-driven business processes and analytics
• Design and implement scalable data engineering solutions using modern Python development practices
• Build reliable and maintainable data pipelines following object-oriented design principles
• Collaborate with agile, cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Support platform migrations, enhancements, and integrations across evolving business environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within existing data and processing pipelines

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering or related fields
• Strong Python development skills, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and data processing with Pandas
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Glue, Athena, DynamoDB, Lambda, and Step Functions
• Solid understanding of cloud-based architectures and scalable data engineering solutions
• Experience working in Agile teams and using modern software development and project management practices
• Advanced level of English
