Job summary

ING Hubs Poland is seeking a Senior Specialist / Expert for data reporting and risk analytics. You will support Data Marts creation, develop automated solutions, and design data models and dashboards using SAS, Python and BI tools.

The role emphasizes collaboration with data architects, building ETL workflows, and documenting solutions in an international finance environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or equivalent, and/or 3–5 years in data reporting.
• Experience in data management including data modelling and reporting solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SAS 4GL and Python.
• Hands-on experience with reporting tools: Power BI, SAS Visual Analytics or IBM Cognos.
• Good knowledge of English (C1 preferred).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

The Expected Salary For

Senior Specialist position: 9 600- 18 000 PLN

Expert position: 13 000 - 22 000 PLN

The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations.

We Are Looking For You, If You Have

• master’s degree in Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or alike, and/or equivalent experience of 3-5 years within data reporting,
• experience in data management including data modelling and data reporting solutions,
• hands-on working experience with SAS 4GL/Python,
• hands-on working experience with one of the reporting tool: Power BI/SAS Visual Analytics/IBM Cognos,
• good knowledge of English (C1 preferred),
• great communication skills, both verbal and written.

You’ll Get Extra Points For

• experience with Data Warehouse environment is a plus,
• experience with ETL data processing with different tools usage,
• affinity or experience with Business Lending and Consumer Lending (unsecured/mortgages) and Credit Risk Management.

Information About The Team

We are looking for senior specialists / experts to join the squads in ING Hubs PL, working for reporting in Risk Areas located in Netherlands. The aim of the team is to modify existing processes to improve their effectiveness, efficiency and implement changes related to technologies that are currently used. Ultimately, unification of the processes, structures and environments. It is required to propose new solutions for data processing. In addition, collecting, analyzing and documenting business requirements. We work in an international environment, we use English on a daily basis (written and spoken).

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be "Data Management Expert III" or "Data Management Expert IV".
