Job summary

ING Hubs Poland is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Integrated Risk Team. The role focuses on data analysis, reports preparation, data source investigations, and ensuring data quality for regulatory and business purposes.

You will use SQL/PL SQL/T-SQL, Power BI, SAS 4GL and Python, collaborate with stakeholders, and gather requirements to drive improvements. English level is C1; knowledge of risk, compliance, and AML in banking is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience.
• Hands-on working experience with SQL/PL SQL/T-SQL.
• Working experience in a bank or financial institution.
• Working experience in cooperation with stakeholders.
• Requirements gathering & analysis.
• Knowledge of techniques used in business analysis.
• English level – C1.

Responsibilities

• Performing data analyses: reports, data source investigations, automations, analysis of data quality, and regulatory considerations; communicate with stakeholders; gather and analyze requirements; analyze processes and propose improvements; prepare functional documentation.
