Job summary

ING Hubs PL is seeking a Senior Data Management Expert to support risk reporting. You will design data models, develop automated solutions, and build dashboards from credit risk data in an international, English‑speaking environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in data reporting and hands‑on SAS4GL/Python experience with BI tools. Collaboration with data architects ensures scalable data structures and robust ETL workflows.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in data fields.
• 3–5 years in data reporting and data management.
• Hands-on with SAS4GL/Python and at least one BI tool (Power BI, SAS VA or IBM Cognos).
• Strong English plus excellent written and verbal communication.
• Nice-to-have: Data Warehouse, ETL experience, lending/credit risk familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Support creation of Data Marts and automate solutions.
• Design data models to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Create dashboards based on credit risk data.
• Collaborate with data architects to optimize structures and scalability.
• Build ETL workflows and document functional and non-functional aspects.
