Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join a pharmaceutical project. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions to support advanced analytics and global decision-making.

You will collaborate with agile teams, implement Python-based data pipelines, and work with AWS services like Glue, Athena, and Lambda to ensure reliable data platforms. This role offers a dynamic environment and opportunities to learn.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering or related fields.
• Strong Python development skills, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and data processing with Pandas
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Glue, Athena, DynamoDB, Lambda, and Step Functions
• Solid understanding of cloud-based architectures and scalable data engineering solutions
• Experience working in Agile teams and using modern software development and project management practices
• Advanced level of English

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a modern Data Engineering platform supporting data-driven business processes and analytics
• Design and implement scalable data engineering solutions using modern Python development practices
• Build reliable and maintainable data pipelines following object-oriented design principles
• Collaborate with agile, cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Support platform migrations, enhancements, and integrations across evolving business environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within existing data and processing pipelines
