Job summary
GFT Technologies Poland is seeking a senior Data Engineer/Architect to design and deliver modern data platforms and architectures that support advanced analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
You will work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to define data strategies, shape architectural solutions, and ensure high standards of data quality, scalability, and performance across cloud-based environments.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of commercial data engineering, lead data engineering, or data architecture experience.
- Strong SQL, Python, and Spark/PySpark expertise.
- Experience with GCP cloud data engineering tools and data platforms.
- Designing data architectures on Databricks or Snowflake.
- Familiarity with data quality, metadata management, and governance.

- Design and optimize data platform architecture.
- Design and implement data processing frameworks, templates, and solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Translate business requirements into architectural decisions.
