Bayer AG in Warsaw, Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join the Enterprise Data & Analytics platform and support finance-related data products and integration across Tax, Controlling, Treasury, Banking and Finance.

The role combines data engineering, integration, and technical leadership. You will work with stakeholders across Tax, Finance, and Analytics in a global environment, delivering complex data solutions with a hybrid work model in mind.

Formación

• Experience in Data Engineering, Data Integration, or related disciplines.
• Experience with enterprise‑scale data platforms and complex stakeholder environments.
• Proven track record leading cross‑functional initiatives.
• Hands-on technical experience with delivery guidance and architectural assessment.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and implementation of data flows connecting operational systems, analytics platforms and BI solutions.
• Support finance-related data products and integration across Controlling, Treasury, Banking and Tax.
• Translate business requirements into technical concepts and implementable work packages.
• Provide technical leadership for internal and external engineering teams and ensure delivery quality and consistency.
• Own technical assessment of architectural proposals and challenge implementations with risks identified.
• Review solution quality and identify technical and delivery risks.
• Guide architectural decisions and ensure alignment with blueprints.
• Lead the development of data streaming solutions and large-scale data products across stakeholders.
• Present insights to business and technical stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to reuse existing data flows and integration capabilities.
