Software Mind Poland is seeking an experienced Data/Analytics Engineer to join a forward-looking team building a next-generation Intelligence Layer. You will design and maintain data pipelines in Databricks, define core metrics, and contribute to agent orchestration for conversational analytics.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of relevant experience, strong SQL/Python, and familiarity with Unity Catalog, Delta Tables, and MLflow for experiment tracking.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on Databricks experience.
• Experience building and governing data pipelines in a modern analytics platform.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with production-grade data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and curated datasets within Databricks Unity Catalog.
• Develop and document Metric Views for core business metrics.
• Configure and tune Genie Agents for conversational analytics.
• Contribute to multi-agent orchestration architecture and Supervisor Agent layer.
• Implement MLflow tracing and evaluation for agent quality.
