Job summary

Jobtailor in Poland is seeking a data engineer to design, develop and maintain scalable ETL processes and data pipelines. You will work with data scientists and business analysts to ensure data quality and accessibility.

Responsibilities include building robust data models, monitoring pipelines, and applying Generative AI techniques and tools to enhance development workflows on GCP infrastructure, while following software engineering best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Experience with cloud platforms; GCP is a plus.
• Proficient in Python for data engineering tasks.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts and approaches.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Experience with Big Data technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Implement robust data models for quality, consistency, and accessibility.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines and systems.
• Architect scalable data infrastructure on GCP; ensure reliability.
• Optimize current solutions and apply software engineering best practices.
• Leverage agentic AI concepts and Generative AI techniques in development.
• Assist in evaluating AI-assisted development tools.
• Collaborate with data scientists and business analysts.
