Jobs.Pl Sa is seeking a Senior Data Engineer for hybrid work in Kraków or Katowice. The role focuses on designing and implementing reliable data processing pipelines while continuously improving platforms for performance and cost efficiency.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored data solutions, ensure regulatory compliance, and explore new technologies. Strong Databricks and PySpark skills, plus English proficiency, are required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of data platform architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks using Python/PySpark.
• Proven software development experience.
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Very good command of English.

• Continuously improving existing data platforms for performance, cost, and maintainability;
• Closely collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver appropriate solutions;
• Collaborating with other teams and technical leaders across the organization.
• Ensuring solutions comply with applicable laws, standards, and regulatory requirements;
• Tracking new technologies and initiating and implementing innovative solutions.

Requirements:
