Job summary

ITDS Polska Sp. z o.o. poszukuje Senior Data Business Analysta do projektów związanych z ulepszeniem pobierania danych, produktów danych, procesów jakości danych i integracji z platformami takimi jak Google Cloud i Hadoop.

Qualifications

• Przynajmniej 5 lat doświadczenia w analizie biznesowej danych, najlepiej w obszarach danych/danych analityki.
• Doświadczenie w realizacji inicjatyw zmianowych obejmujących wiele organizacji wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych.
• Silna znajomość danych i cyklu życia danych.
• Doświadczenie pracy w zespole dostaw technicznych Agile.

Job description

Nasze wymagania

• At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, ideally within data, data analytics, or data platform initiatives.
• Experience delivering change initiatives involving multiple internal and external organisations.
• Strong knowledge of data and the data lifecycle.
• Experience working as part of an Agile technology delivery team.
• Practical experience working with databases, SQL, and Google Cloud Platform BigQuery.
• Experience developing solutions that integrate third-party data.
• Understanding of data architecture concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical and business audiences at different levels of seniority.

As a Senior Data Business Analyst, you will be working for our client on initiatives that enhance data ingestion, data products, data quality processes, and integration with key platforms such as Google Cloud and Hadoop. You will collaborate with data engineers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery teams to translate complex business needs into scalable data solutions.

Krakow-based opportunity with a hybrid work model, including up to 3 remote days per week.

Zakres obowiązków

• Elicit and document requirements through interviews, workshops, document analysis, and business process reviews.
• Define project requirements and scope in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Communicate project progress, estimates, and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Analyse, manipulate, and document data, translating findings into technical specifications for data engineers.
• Support software delivery through analysis, testing, organisational, and project-administration activities.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions, process mapping, Agile story mapping, and other collaborative delivery practices.
• Ensure requirements, process flows, solution designs, data definitions, lineage, and quality considerations are clearly documented and traceable.
• Produce high-quality business requirements, data dictionaries, source-to-target mappings, process flows, and user guides.
