Job summary

Sii Sp. z o.o. poszukuje doświadczonego Senior Data Engineera do pracy nad innowacyjnymi projektami danych. Będziesz kluczowym ogniwem w budowie potoków danych, orkiestracji przepływów i tworzeniu zintegrowanych produktów danych dla analiz i raportów biznesowych.

Wymagane 5+ lat doświadczenia w inżynierii danych, znakomita znajomość GCP/BigQuery, Pythona, SQL oraz Airflow. Zapewniamy elastyczność w zakresie pracy zdalnej, hybrydowej lub biurowej w różnych miastach Polski.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w data engineering i pracy z platformami danych w chmurze.
• Silne doświadczenie w Google Cloud Platform (GCP), w szczególności BigQuery.
• Znajomość Pythona i SQL do manipulacji danymi i analizy.
• Praktyczna znajomość Apache Airflow w orkuczestracji danych.
• Znajomość Power BI i najlepszych praktyk wizualizacji danych.
• Solidne zrozumienie hurtowni danych i koncepcji ETL/ELT.
• Doświadczenie z Git/GitHub w praktykach kontroli wersji.
• Wysoki poziom angielskiego.

Responsibilities

• Budowa i utrzymanie potoków danych zapewniających wydajny przepływ danych.
• Implementacja i zarządzanie orkiestracją danych za pomocą Apache Airflow.
• Tworzenie i utrzymanie zintegrowanych danych i warstw semantycznych wspierających raportowanie.
• Wspieranie inicjatyw raportowych i analitycznych, w tym Power BI i innych narzędzi BI.
• Współpraca z interesariuszami w celu zrozumienia wymagań danych i dostarczania skutecznych rozwiązań.
• Zapewnienie jakości danych i integralności poprzez testy i walidacje.
• Dokumentowanie procesów i przepływów pracy dla jasności i spójności operacji danych.
• Śledzenie trendów branżowych i najlepszych praktyk w inżynierii danych i technologiach chmurowych.

Job description

Nasze wymagania:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering and working with cloud-based data platforms
• Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly BigQuery
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis
• Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow for data orchestration
• Familiarity with Power BI and best practices in data visualization
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and ETL/ELT concepts
• Experience with version control practices using Git/GitHub
• Advanced level of English

Mile widziane:

• Familiarity with dbt or similar analytics engineering tools
• Experience in building semantic models for analytics

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Ensuring data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes
• Documenting processes and workflows to maintain clarity and consistency in data operations
• Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and cloud technologies
