Job summary

Poland and Central-Eastern Europe is seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Product Owner focused on data, BI, and migration programs. You will lead validation, UAT, and stakeholder engagements, turning business requirements into measurable criteria and clear acceptance standards.

The role involves working with AI-powered tools to enhance analysis quality, coordinating with business and data owners, and ensuring smooth transitions to Gold data products.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Change Manager or in a similar stakeholder-facing role.
• Proven experience in data, BI, analytics or migration programs.
• Experience owning validation activities: scope confirmation, acceptance criteria, UAT, sign-off and adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management with business owners, data owners and senior decision-makers.
• Ability to challenge stakeholders with evidence-based recommendations while preserving relationships.
• Data literacy to interpret reconciliation results and explain findings clearly.
• Experience facilitating demos, workshops and UAT with business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Map stakeholders for migration packages and define sign-off responsibilities.
• Identify data products/reports to migrate, consolidate or retire using dependency analysis.
• Translate business expectations into testable acceptance criteria with metrics.
• Secure formal business sign-off for Gold data products and reports.
• Coordinate go-live confirmations and decommission legacy dependencies.
• Maintain weekly visibility of stakeholder maps, acceptance criteria, and sign-offs.
