Job summary

Spline poszukuje Senior Data Architect do projektowania i wdrażania ingestionu oraz integracji danych na platformie Azure. Rola obejmuje kreowanie architektury danych, opracowywanie standardów oraz kierowanie zespołem w międzynarodowym środowisku.

Wymaga to doświadczenia w Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Event Hub oraz zabezpieczeniach Azure i umiejętności pracy z Python/Spark/SQL/Scala. Praca w modelu hybrydowym z okazjonalnymi wizytami w biurze.

Qualifications

• Doświadczony/a Architekt danych / Lead Engineer w zakresie integracji danych.
• Głęboka znajomość Microsoft Azure: Azure Data Factory, Event Hub, Databricks, Storage i Functions.
• Zrozumienie ETL/ELT, strumieniowania, architektury zdarzeń.
• Doświadczenie w projektowaniu potoków danych i integracji systemów.
• Znajomość Python, Spark, SQL, Scala w kontekście transformacji danych.
• Znajomość Azure Security (Managed Identity, OAuth2, Key Vault).
• Chęć pracy w międzynarodowym środowisku.
• Preferowane: Kafka/Confluent, IBM MQ, dbt.

Responsibilities

• Projektowanie i nadzorowanie architektury ingestionu i integracji danych na Azure.
• Ustalanie standardów, wzorców i dobrych praktyk dla Data Platform.
• Tworzenie i rozwijanie modelu Medallion Bronze/Silver/Gold.
• Udział w wyborze technologii i prowadzenie PoC.
• Współpraca z zespołami Data Engineering, architektami i biznesem w środowisku międzynarodowym.
• Zapewnienie zgodności z wymaganiami bezpieczeństwa i standardami architektury korporacyjnej.
• Tłumaczenie wymagań biznesowych na docelowe rozwiązania architektoniczne.

Senior Data Architect – Data Ingestion & Integration

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Architect to design and develop data ingestion and integration on Microsoft Azure. This role gives you a real impact on the modern data platform architecture in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee data ingestion and integration architecture on Azure.
• Define standards, patterns, and best practices for the Data Platform.
• Create and evolve a Medallion model (Bronze/Silver/Gold).
• Participate in technology selection and lead PoC.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams, architects, and business across an international environment.
• Ensure compliance with security requirements and corporate architecture standards.
• Translate business requirements into target architectural solutions.
• Mentor and provide technical support to the team.
• Develop strategy and roadmap for data ingestion and replication.

Requirements

• Experience as a Data Architect / Lead Engineer in data integration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, particularly:
• Azure Data Factory, Event Hub, Databricks.
• Azure Storage, Azure Functions.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT, streaming, event‑driven architecture.
• Experience with data and transformation (Python, Spark, SQL, Scala).
• Knowledge of Azure security (Managed Identity, OAuth2, Key Vault).
• Hands‑on experience designing data pipelines and system integrations.

Preferred

• Kafka, Confluent, IBM MQ.
• Experience with dbt.
• Ability to work in an international environment.
