Job summary

Sii Poland seeks an experienced Data Solution Architect to support the development and optimization of modern data platforms. You will design and optimize scalable data platforms, select cloud tools, and collaborate with analysts and developers to deliver client-focused solutions.

Strong expertise in cloud data architectures (Azure/AWS/Databricks/Snowflake), plus fluent Polish and English, is required to engage with clients and teams effectively.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data platform architecture, with client interaction and requirements gathering.
• Experience designing analytical solutions on cloud platforms and building data lakes/warehouses (Kimball or Data Vault).
• Expert knowledge of at least one cloud technology in the Data Platform area (Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Ability to align data initiatives with business goals across the organization.
• Strong communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent communication in Polish and English.

• Design, implement, and optimize scalable data platforms.
• Select tools/tech (Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake) based on client needs.
• Support bidding, estimating, and technically supervising projects.
• Collaborate with analysts and developers to achieve client goals.
