Job summary

Grid Dynamics seeks a Senior Data Analyst to join an engineering initiative delivering high-value data solutions for a global leader in payments and fintech. You will work within a Grid Dynamics squad, collaborating with senior stakeholders and a Belfast nearshore hub, driving analytics and AI initiatives by building scalable dashboards from complex financial data.

Qualifications

5+ years of commercial experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Advanced Analytics with Senior/Lead capacity.
Expert-level proficiency in PowerBI and Tableau including advanced DAX, LOD, RLS, and performance optimization.
Strong SQL skills for complex data extraction, aggregation, and validation.
Experience leading AI-driven or advanced analytics projects and bridging engineering with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Architect, design, and deploy complex dashboards using PowerBI and Tableau for strategic needs.
Lead analytics initiatives within the squad and ensure end-to-end data pipelines and data modeling.
Drive AI-related analytics projects and integrate insights into client-facing dashboards.
Translate financial/domain problems into KPIs and executive recommendations.
Own dashboard lifecycle from requirements to deployment and performance tuning.
Mentor team members and enforce best practices in data visualization and data accuracy.
