Job summary

Ruby Labs is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive analytics across subscription products and web funnels, partnering with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to improve conversion, retention, and LTV. You will ensure trusted tracking, robust data models, and decision-ready reporting in a hands-on, cross‑functional role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; insights to actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• English fluency; ability to operate in a global context.
• Experience with product analytics: funnels, retention, LTV, churn.

Responsibilities

• Define KPIs and success metrics with cross‑functional teams.
• Build and maintain dashboards and trusted reports.
• Deliver full‑funnel analyses and propose improvements.
• Analyze payment/subscription performance across lifecycle stages.
• Mentor junior analysts in SQL, validation, and experimentation.
