Job summary

Luxoft Germany is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a regulatory reporting data platform project for a large US investment bank. The role focuses on eliciting and documenting requirements, creating rule-based logic, and analyzing production issues within a global, distributed team.

You will help maintain the backlog and participate in testing and acceptance activities. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in business analysis, strong capital markets knowledge, and solid SQL and scripting

Qualifications

• 6+ years of requirements management / business analysis experience.
• Capital markets experience with ability to explain at least one financial product.
• SQL knowledge and ability to write complex queries.
• Scripting experience (R, Python, VBA or similar).
• Technical knowledge to read and understand code.
• Experience in process analysis and documentation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive team player, stress resistant.
