Job summary

Jit Team is offering a hybrid role in Poland (Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, Łódź) to work on a financial data management project. You will analyze data, build dashboards in Power BI, and develop data solutions using SQL, Python, R, Java, and Scala. The role emphasizes AML/CTF, KYC, and data governance with strong collaboration across IT, Finance, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in data management, data quality, or a related role, preferably in financial services.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Python, R, Java, and Scala.
• Knowledge of data taxonomy, data modelling, and Power BI.
• Experience in Financial Crime, AML/CTF, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, or Sanctions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of data governance, migration, and integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the GKYC programme through data analytics, management, design, and development
• Analyse and improve data quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Build data models, taxonomies, reports, and Power BI dashboards
• Work with SQL, Python, R, Java, and Scala on data-related solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Architecture, Financial Crime, Compliance, Legal, and Business
• Support initiatives related to AML/CTF, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, and Sanctions
• Contribute to data governance, migration, and integration projects
