Job summary

Madiff is seeking a Senior Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer to work with large-scale datasets and deliver data-driven solutions that support business decision-making. You will hands-on with SQL, Python/PySpark, Airflow, and BI tools to derive insights and build dashboards.

You will independently lead analytical projects, collaborating with business and technology stakeholders from defining analytical questions through data processing, insight generation, and final delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional data analytics experience.
• Experience with large datasets.
• Hands-on Python and/or PySpark.
• Experience with data processing/workflow tools such as Airflow.
• Experience with Tableau, Looker Studio and/or Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into business recommendations.
• Ability to independently plan and deliver analytical projects.
• Fluent English communication.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and process large datasets.
• Extract meaningful insights from data and translate them into concrete business recommendations.
• Build and develop analytical solutions supporting business decision-making.
• Create clear data visualisations and dashboards.
• Independently manage analytical projects from planning through delivery.
• Work with multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Translate business needs into analytical questions and data-driven solutions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
