Job summary

ING Hubs Poland is hiring a Junior Credit Risk Reporting Analyst - Power BI to join the Consolidated Reporting Squad within CoE Reporting and RiskHub Poland. You will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for Credit Risk and translate requirements into clear visualisations.

You will build data models, measures and calculations in Power BI, use SQL to prepare data, and ensure reporting quality. The role offers an international environment and a path to advance in Credit Risk and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in a relevant field.
• Hands-on Power BI experience through work, internship, studies or projects.
• Understanding of data modelling and DAX.
• Basic knowledge of SQL; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in banking and Credit Risk; good English communication.

The expected salary for this position: 7 100- 14 500 PLN

The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations.

We are looking for you if you have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field,
• Hands on experience with Power BI , gained through work, an internship, studies or personal projects,
• Understanding of data modelling and DAX ,
• Basic knowledge of SQL,
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
• An interest in banking and Credit Risk ,
• Good communication skills and professional proficiency in English.

You'll get extra points for:

• Basic knowledge of Credit Risk concepts such as IRB PD, LGD, EAD and IFRS 9 ,
• Experience with Power Query or other data transformation tools,
• Experience working with larger datasets,
• Experience in a banking, financial or risk environment.

Information about the squad:

We are looking for a Junior Credit Risk Reporting Analyst - Power BI to join the Consolidated Reporting Squad within CoE Reporting and RiskHub Poland. The squad is responsible for portfolio-wide Credit Risk Reporting, while also developing the reporting foundations and reusable solutions that help the Credit Risk Reporting team work consistently and efficiently. We combine Credit Risk knowledge with data analysis and hands-on Power BI development. Our work focuses on translating reporting needs into clear and effective dashboards, building scalable reporting solutions and supporting the Credit Risk organisation with meaningful insights. We work in an international environment and offer the opportunity to further develop both Credit Risk expertise and technical reporting skills. You do not need to be a Credit Risk expert from day one. What matters most is the right technical foundation, an analytical mindset and a genuine interest in developing further in Credit Risk.
