Job summary

Quantum Health, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Counsel – Benefits Administration & Service Contracts to advise on employer-sponsored health plans, ERISA governance, and contract negotiations with TPAs, PBMs, and other vendors.

This role supports compliance across HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, and state insurance requirements while partnering with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has a J.D., 5–10 years in health benefits law, in-house experience preferred, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and

Qualifications

JD degree from an accredited law school and active U.S. state license.
5–10 years of legal experience with health and welfare benefits and vendor contracts.
In-house counsel experience focused on employee benefits is preferred.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Negotiate and draft client, vendor, and partner contracts including TPAs, PBMs, and insurers.
Provide counsel on design, implementation, and administration of health and welfare benefit plans.
Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, and state requirements.
Draft SPDs, plan documents, and participant communications.
Support audits and investigations related to benefits and vendor contracts.
Educate internal stakeholders on fiduciary obligations and contract compliance.
