Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Corporate Actions environment is a must.
  • Understanding of Corporate Action Lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of Swift Messaging Standards (ISO 15022).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Good knowledge of financial instruments.
  • Good knowledge of Custody Banking.
  • Experience in supervising a team is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and control over complex corporate action events.
  • Train and coach team members.
  • Account transactions in Investment Books of Records (IBOR).
  • Prioritize workloads for managers.
  • Ensure effective risk management.
  • Support projects aimed at improving corporate action products.
  • Provide coverage in the absence of team members.
